Work scheduling and payments

• a) Based on advance online payments and schedule from the customer, Emirtage will book and schedule the works as requested.

Cancellation and other charges

• a) If the scheduled /approved works are cancelled by the customers for any reasons, Emirtage will charge an administration fee of AED 150/-
• b) If any parts or materials are ordered for any handymen works, cancelation charges will include the related cost.
• c) Idle time will be charged at AED 75 per hour per worker in case of access issues or work disruption due to activities not related to the scheduled / approved works.

Validity and Exclusions

• a) This price is specific to the handymen works only and excludes any extra requirements related to civils or major MEP works.
• b) Any unforeseen works found during the works.
• c) H&G will not be liable or cannot be held responsible for any malfunction or any issues arising from assets which has completed its life span, beyond repairs, construction defect or improper installation resulting in sub-standard condition.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customer will arrange the following:
  • i) Electricity & water as required.
  • ii) Uninterrupted access and adequate lighting within the premises of the work.
  • iii) Gate passes / permissions to access the area and the surrounding areas if necessary.
  • iv) Waste disposal facility for debris removed ( if required)
  • v) Necessary approval/NOC from regulatory authority if required
  • vi) Inform in advance if Work method statement, risk assessment, Permit to work, Site specific Health and Safety Induction to our operatives and sub-contractors are required.

T&C ‘s specific to  services

• All the Materials and spares will be charged extra.
• Any specific spare parts & materials are all subjected to availability in the UAE..
• Any unforeseen or major works found during the visit will be informed and quoted to the customer.
• Call out charges will be deducted from the final quotation/proposal once approved by the customer.
• Excludes any maintenance works in inaccessible areas, and which cannot be reached with standard ladders, owing to safety issues and potential damage to property/people.
